WLInvestments strives to put our considerable expertise in private investments to work on behalf of individual and institutional to enable them to successfully diversify their portfolios.

1.1 What is WLInvestments' incorporation status?
WLInvestments Inc, Co, Ltd is registered Bank under jurisdiction of Republic of Somalia and hence authorized to conduct International Banking and Trust Activities without restrictions compliant with International Banking Act 2003 of the Somalia Democratic Republic.
Additionally we are Commonwealth of Bahamas based Independent Asset Advisory and Republic of Ghana based Private Investment Management & Research firm.

1.2 What is WLInvestments’ mission statement?
Our mission is simple: WLInvestments specializes in finding unique investments to help investors diversify their portfolios.

1.3 What is the origin of the name “WLInvestments”?
The name WLInvestments reflects our core business and values. It was derived by combining the words “Warfield” and “Lankford”, our presidents and directors.

1.4 How does WLInvestments accomplish this mission?
To accomplish this mission, we find, build and monitor a platform of unique investment products - products which we believe possess the right combination of people, pedigree, process and potential, and products for which we are able to negotiate capacity and fee-sharing arrangements.
We then give our clients access to this platform, and utilize our experience and proprietary tools to help them successfully and intelligently build and diversify their portfolios.

1.5 Does WLInvestments focus on any particular type of investment?
We believe that the key to our success and to the success of our clients is specialization. We devote all our efforts to investments. Quite simply, this is our area of expertise and is where we can have the largest impact on the success of our clients.
While we necessarily incorporate the components of our clients’ traditional portfolio when considering how to integrate investments, WLInvestments does not offer traditional investments on our platform.

1.6 Who is responsible for finding, reviewing and approving the WLInvestments' platform of products/plans?
Our Product Review Team initially identifies what we believe to be promising investments, utilizing our significant industry network, referrals, database analysis and other sources. Once a prospective product/plan passes rigorous qualitative and quantitative review, and once we negotiate business terms and capacity arrangements, it is approved by our Investment Committee and added to our platform.

1.7 How many products are currently offered on the WLInvestments platform?
Our product platform is continually evolving in response to the needs of our clients and the evolution of the industry. That being said, our platform is currently comprised of 3 products representing approximately 40 individual managers, to suit the specific suitability and requirements of our varied clients.

1.8 How is WLInvestments compensated?
While WLInvestments is able to offer numerous customized working relationships with our clients and with the managers on our platform, in general we are compensated by the profits from investment of assets raised. This means that, in many cases, there is no additional layer of fees for clients to invest in products on our platform.

1.9 What can you tell me about WLInvestments and its employees?
Our three offices are comprised of over 65 staff members, split between our head office in Mogadishu, Somalia Democratic Republic and our sub-offices in
Kwabedu Tarkwa, the Republic of Ghana and Rum Cay, Commonwealth of Bahamas.
All of our Account Executives are registered representatives of WLInvestments.

1.10 How large is WLInvestments in terms of assets?
WLInvestments takes a boutique approach to how we service our clients and to our understanding of their investment goals. This approach has been successful for our clients and, in turn, for our firm, allowing us to grow to where we are today.
Currently, our clients represent a trading level in excess of US $5 million in investments.




2. ABOUT YOUR INVESTMENT.

Quality investing through WLInvestments is designed to be a simple process. In order to help investors understand what to expect, we have gathered answers to some common questions that WLInvestments clients have about their investments.

2.1 Who is my primary WLInvestments contact?
While we are happy to put you in touch with any member of our staff as desired, we request and recommend you to direct your queries to the desk, most relevant to your question/concern. This will eliminate the time and effort of our operational staff as well as help you to find your question/concern answered/redressed at the earliest.

2.2 How do I open an account? Can't find a link to sign up!
It's simple. You don't need to sign up. Just select the plan you wish to pursue and click on respective link to proceed.


2.3 How do I know when my account has been opened or my investment is accepted by you?

Successful deposits are immediately confirmed. After successful deposit, you would be directed to confirmation page, and thus WE DON'T SEND ANY ADDITIONAL CONFIRMATION MAIL.

2.4 How often will I receive account statements?
At the moment we offer pooled investment and NOT managed account services. Unfortunately you will not receive your account statements. You can check your Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix account to know daily withdrawal's status.

2.5 How do I track the performance of my WLInvestments account?
As long as are able to beat our set performance levels, we will maintain confidentiality about our current performance. Client's can find updated check about WLInvestmets performance by means of independent monitoring sites as well as client forums mentioned on Performance page.

2.6 How do I request funds to be added, transferred or redeemed from my account(s)?
For addition of funds, you can proceed as per our weekly investment limits per individual. For all accounts, you can request the premature withdrawals by e-mail, with your investment details, and the request to our Operations Department. If you have any questions, contact appropriate desk and our operational staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Daily withdrawals as well as Maturity withdrawal will be processed manually without your request for the same, unless you explicitly object us from doing so.

2.7 How do I transfer ownership to, or open an additional account for, someone other than myself, such as a family member?

Transfer of ownership is unfortunately not provided at the moment. Additional accounts can be opened without restrictions.

2.8 Can you manage my my IRA account or 401k?
You can avail this service by our custodian service. For more information, you may contact your Account Executive or our Operations Department.

2.9 When should I expect to receive year-end tax statements?
Unfortunately WLInvestments is not specialized in tax filing services. Kindly contact your financial consultant for the same.

2.10 Who do I contact with a customer service question?
Customer service questions can be directed to the appropriate desk by sending e-mail. You can locate email addresses of each desk on Contact Us.

2.11 When can I reach my WLInvestments' Operational Desks?
Our Operational staffs are available to answer your questions any time, Monday through Friday,
excluding major holidays in the countries where we are incorporated.



3. GENERAL QUESTIONS.

3.1 Who can participate in this program ?
Everyone from any country in the world can participate in this program. We accept Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money, Pecunix and Bank Wire. Make sure you read, understand and accept Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Copyright Information and Business Continuity Plans before investing.

3.2 How can I receive my daily profits as well as my initial investment ?
Daily withdrawals are processed manually by our operational staff, throughout the day depending on available liquidity. Since each processed withdrawal is sent to your Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix account through our proprietary model, we assure no omissions any time.
Initial investment is returned to your Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix account within 48 hours of maturity of your investment, unless you opt for reinvestment explicitly.
Transactions and accounts database is kept away from the site itself, and, in case you have some problems with the access to the site (for instance, intense DDoS attack), that will no way reflect on the daily withdrawal activity of our operations department.

3.3 Is this Web site secured from hackers? Can my investment or personal information be intercepted?
This Web site in hacker proof. All transactions and account database is accounted away from the site itself. Therefore, your personal information or investments cannot be intercepted or lost due to technical reasons.
Additionally, our Web site is protected by one of the most reputed DDoS protection service provider Staminus Communications.

3.4 I don't trust Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix SCI of your Web site. Can I directly deposit from my Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix account?
You are welcome to select your means of making investment to us.
After you have completed your deposit, kindly send an email to our . You email should contain, your Liberty Reserve,Perfect Money, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix account number, your investment amount, date and time of investment, batch number as well as investment plan selected by you.

3.5 What is the minimum and maximum investment limits?
The minimum deposit via Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix is $20 and the maximum is $5,000 for single investment.
The minimum deposit via Bankwire is $500 and the maximum is $5,000 for single investment.

3.6 Can I have multiple investment?
Multiple investments in the same plans in a given week are NOT allowed at the moment. This implies you can make ONLY one investment in EACH plan for a given week. This allows you to make maximum of 3 investments, namely in each of three plans for a given week. Further investments can be made in the following week.

3.7 Do I receive daily withdrawals on business days or calendar days?
Daily withdrawals are processed only on business days.
Furthermore, important national holidays of Somalia Democratic Republic, Commonwealth of Bahamas and the Republic of Ghana will allow us to have limited business activity and thus, 0% to 25% of fateful day's profit may be retained with prior notice.

3.9 Is there compounding ?
At the moment, we do nor provide compounding option. However, we provide very competent reinvestment bonus for renewing your investments at the maturity of your investment.
Reinvestment bonus are -

05% for Investment Opportunity
10% for Investment Light
15% for Investment Transformation.

3.10 How can I get compensated/rewarded for introducing my friends, clients etc ?
You will be compensated by one time benefit of 5% of your introduced client's investment.
To avoid referrers involved in unintentional, unlawful solicitation of investments to WLInvestments by means of spamming, tricky or false promotion by misrepresentation or undervalued representation of risks and/or restricting important information, affinity or ethnic frauds NOT to be compensated, we have intentionally suspended specific link or banner for individuals.

3.11 If you don't provide link or banner for introducing clients, how will you get to know who are my referrals?
Kindly send email to Ms. Maria Entwistle (affiliates@wlinv.net), Affiliate Desk with any particular details of your introduced client like his/her Name, Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, ECUMoney, HD-Money or Pecunix account number, email address etc. In case your introduced client becomes valued client of WLInvestments and makes an investment, you will get compensated each time he/she makes and investment in future.
